Obituary The Regional Centre on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development for the Near East (CARDNE) mourns the grievous loss of Dr. Hans Pfeifer, the Director Department of Environment, Natural Resources and Food at International Capacity Building, Germany (InWEnt).
