The Centre provides, according to the requests of governments, local, regional and international organizations, special services such as:
- Organizing study tours and training courses to individuals and groups inside and outside their countries
- Technical consultations through exports of the national institutions.
- Design, implement and evaluate rural development projects.
- Conducting studies and researches in the field of rural development and agrarian reform.
The Centre provides these services in addition to management fees at cost prices according to a contract signed with the concerned institution. In addition to that, the Centre has Special Service Program as follows:-
