The Governing Council of the Regional Centre on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development for the Near East CARDNE held its 17th ad-hoc session on November /11 / 2021 at the center’s headquarters in Amman. A decision was passed unanimously by all council members to appoint Dr. Muwafaq Jaza’a AL-Serhan as Chief Executive Director General for the centre effective from 22/11/2021.
