“National Workshop on Agricultural Sector Development, Scientific Research, and Sustainable Technology”

In collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and under the patronage of H.E. the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, represented by the Agricultural Extension Sector, the Regional Center for Agrarian Reform and Rural Development for the Near East (CARDNE) organized a National Workshop on Agricultural Sector Development, Scientific Research, and Sustainable Technology during the period from April 14 to 28, 2025.

The workshop addressed a number of key topics, including: sustainable management of natural resources in the context of climate change, development of agricultural value chains, opportunities and challenges of organic farming, improving the quality and competitiveness of agricultural exports in international markets, and the role of smart agriculture and digital transformation in advancing the agricultural sector.
